After spending the second half of 2012 training with the Claret-and-Cobalt while not officially a member of the first-team, RSL-Arizona Academy product Carlos Salcedo will finally get his chance to step on the field in a MLS match this year. The 19-year-old center back still has a long way to go, but has the physical tools necessary to be successful on the professional level. Expect him to log plenty of time in the expanded 2013 Reserve League as he continues to hone his technique and develop tactically.
