Claret-and-Cobalt
Fans Can “Mix & Match” during Latest RSL Team Store Special

As Real Salt
Lake has shown thus far in 2011, the Claret-and-Cobalt have no problems mixing
and matching their success on the field when it comes to CONCACAF Champions
League and MLS regular season play. Clearly inspired, the RSL Team Store at
Rio Tinto Stadium
wants to reward RSL fans for their own multi-tasking
abilities via the new “Mix-and-Match” special, featuring any four RSL hats
and scarves for just $80
! The special will run throughout the month of
April, including during Wednesday night’s rivalry showdown against the Colorado
Rapids.

Ladies, need
that last little accessory to top off an outfit? Then go with four scarves so
you’ll have one for every occasion. Gents, can’t decide which hat covers that
pesky bald spot the best? Then opt for four hats. You’re one of those picky
shoppers that can never be satisfied? You were until now, that is … better
budget some extra time when you stop in because now you have more hat and scarf
options to fret over than ever before!

If you’ve
got a question about the new “Mix-and-Match” special or any other
Claret-and-Cobalt-tinged merchandise items, feel free to stop on by the RSL
Team Store during regular business hours – 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.,
Monday-Saturday
– or just dial up the RSL Team Store Hotline at 801-727-2888.
The RSL Team Store will open up bright and early at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday for
all of your day-of-game shopping needs!

Arlo Tejada to Be Honored as Wednesday’s RSL/American
Express “Hero Among Us”

Real Salt Lake and
American Express
are
proud to recognize Arlo Tejada as the recipient of Wednesday night’s “Heroes
Among Us”
award, honoring everyday heroes across the State of Utah.

An active member of his
community, in addition to co-owning Sheri Griffith Expeditions in Moab, Tejada
is also a member of numerous boards including the America Outdoors Association,
the Utah Guides and Outfitters Association, and the Moab Travel Council. Going
the extra mile for others is nothing new for the busy Tejada, who has
previously offered free rafting trips to local organizations, given paid sick
leave to employees, helped a long time employee with the purchase of her home
and assisted raising money for cancer research.

The latter endeavor
would strike close to home for Tejada, who was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s
Lymphoma in June of 2010. After six months of treatment Tejada soon learned
that he was still not cancer free, forcing him to begin the process of a bone
marrow transplant that will prevent him from maintaining his busy schedule of
activities. For keeping a positive attitude throughout his personal trials and tribulations
and his many selfless acts on behalf of others, Real Salt Lake and American
Express are honored to reward Tejada as the latest “Hero Among Us” and host his
family during Wednesday’s rivalry contest against the Rapids.

program, including details on how to nominate candidates for the 2011 season
